Carbon Trading ????

It is not clear to me why we 'trade' carbon emissions internationally. Sounds like a gimmick for some to make a fast buck at the expense of the environment. The low polluters get to trade their credits to high polluters -- but in the end we still have the same pollution. Along the way a lot of people make a LOT of MONEY 'trading' carbon credits.

This trade fair takes place on the 26th and 27th of October 2009 in Singapore.
