Right now for the rest of your life
Chris W. Cox admin@nramedia.org
I've said it before but it bears repeating: Tomorrow's presidential election isn't about the next four years -- it's about the next 40 years.
It's about whether our children and grandchildren will be able to enjoy the same firearm freedoms that you and I enjoy today.
It's about whether the principles of freedom and individual liberty -- enshrined in the U.S. Constitution and guaranteed by our Second Amendment -- will be something you and I celebrate for years to come...or read about in history books as old ideas from a bygone era.
Just imagine what four more years of Barack Obama will bring.
Just imagine three more anti-Second Amendment justices on the Supreme Court, approving a Chicago-style handgun ban nationwide.
Just imagine a blanket ban on all semi-automatic firearms in the U.S.
Just imagine a United Nations gun ban treaty that tramples our sovereign Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
You and I have fought hard all year because we know what's at stake. And we can be proud of our work.
But now it all comes down to raw numbers.
I know you want to defeat Barack Obama and Joe Biden. I trust you'll vote for Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan tomorrow.
But how many additional pro-gun voters will you get to the polls?
Today I'm asking you to dig deep...deep into your address book...deep into your list of contacts ...deep into your church directory...your neighborhood phone book...or anywhere you might find pro-freedom voters who need to get out and vote tomorrow.
We've come a long way in this campaign. Now you and I need to make sure we don't come up painfully short tomorrow. Most polls show that this race is still too close to call.
We can make tomorrow the day we reclaim our country and our freedom. We can make it a day of celebration!
We can make it the day that NRA members and gun owners across America stormed the polls and saved America from four more years of Barack Obama!
All we have to do is make this one, final push for every last vote pro-freedom vote we can find.
Thank you for everything you've done for NRA this year -- and for everything you'll do between now and when the last polls close tomorrow.
I owe you a debt of gratitude, and so does every American who cherishes their freedom.
In Liberty,
Chris

COMMENT: We'll see what happens tomorrow, November 6th, 2012, and over the next 4 years. Will this prediction turn out to be true, most true, balanced (some truth and some not), mostly inaccurate, or very inaccurate. Time will tell...Good night!
