End the Fed from the State Level:
Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution says, “No State shall… coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts.”
This straight forward provision allows states to require that only gold and silver coin may be used as legal tender.
How could this provision have been used by the states to check Federal power?
