2. Josef Stalin - Leader of the USSR - Union of Soviet SOCIALIST Republics - mass murderer

3.  Benito Mussolini - Leader of Italy's Fascist (i.e. socialist) regime - mass murderer

4.  Paul Pot - Leader of Cambodia's socialist government - mass murderer
